I’m stressed. Are you? I think it would be hard to live through a pandemic without feeling anxious. Our daily lives and routines have changed and seem to continue to change. Many people I talk to are asking for support. One member asked for help with stress eating. The following post is my advice to her and all of us.

If you have low immunity or just want to reinforce your immune system, food can play a part in your defense. Did you know that eating foods like citrus fruits, almonds, red bell peppers, carrots, garlic, and yogurt can help strengthen your immune system and that foods with processed sugar and or too much salt can weaken it? Did you also know that alcohol consumption, beyond moderate consumption, compromises the immune system?
